world Poetry Day Competition 

Open to all Jamaican nationals!

1. Post a video of yourself on Instagram reciting your favorite poem written by a Jamaican poet.  
2. The National Library of Jamaica (@natlibja) must be tagged in the video.   
3. The following hashtags must be used in your caption: #WorldPoetryDay2025 #NLJ #PoetLaureateChallenge. 
4. Video with the most organic likes will win.  

Winners will receive prizes courtesy of The National Library of Jamaica (NLJ) and the  Rose Town Foundation.  

Competition ends on Friday, March 21, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m.
